When taking on a new residential client, the first initial clean will always be the longest, especially if there was no prior service company. After the first initial clean a routine is established and can be modified when needed to compromise the customer. Dirt Busters provides all cleaning products/tools for our customers unless the customer has a speciic cleaning product they prefer.
Kitchen
- Remove cobwebs
- Sweep & Mop floor
- Clean outside of cabinets
- Clean baseboards
- Clean stove hood
- Vacuum or sweep kitchen rug as needed
- clean outside/on top of refridgerator
- Clean and polish sink & faucet

- Clean the outside of all appliances
- Empty trash, clean trashcan as needed
- Wipe down all windowsills
- Clean counter tops
- Wipe down ceiling fans
- Clean exterior of stove
- Wipe down all light switches
- Clean all glass and mirrors

Bathrooms
- Clean mirrors
- Clean exterior of all vanities
- Clean sinks
- Polish faucet
- Spot clean the outside of cabinets
- Spot clean the door on both sides
- Clean soap, toothbrush holder
- Clean toilet paper holder

- Clean toilet(behind as well) also the pipe that comes out of the wall and bathroom and around knobs on base of toilet
- Clean tub & shower
- remove cobwebs
- Clean baseboards & floors
- Organize bath towels
- Wipe down all windowsills

Living Areas
- Dust all corners (high/low)
- Dust mop wood floors
- Sweep/Mop tile (if applicable)
- Dust all horizontal surfaces
- Straighten up/ pick-up
- Wipe down ceiling fans
- Heater vents
- Vacuum, make sure to get under furniture and around legs of tables with hose

- Wipe down all windowsills
- Clean sliding glass doors
- Clean all glass & mirrors
- Make all beds, check under them for toys and clothes. Put whatever is found on top of bed and vacuum under beds.
